LoveForPets is a small independent shop based in Bradenton, Florida. We sell a short, deliberately narrow range of pet comfort and grooming gear — cooling mats, slow feeders, brushes, travel bottles. Six products, not six hundred.
How we actually work
We think you should know this before you buy, not after.
We don't manufacture anything ourselves. Our products are made and shipped by an overseas fulfillment partner, which is why delivery takes 10–20 business days rather than two, and why we can keep prices where they are. Plenty of stores work this way and don't mention it. We'd rather say it on the page you're reading than have you find out from a tracking number that sits still for a week.
What that means in practice:
- Shipping is free, but it isn't fast. If you need something this week, buy it locally.
- Tracking often goes quiet for a few days after dispatch. That's normal.
- If something arrives damaged, wrong, or not at all, that's on us to fix — not on you to chase.
What we'll stand behind
Every order has 30 days from delivery to come back for a full refund. If your pet takes one look at it and walks away, that counts. Email us and we'll sort it out.
We describe products by what they actually are. Our cooling mat cools because of how ice-silk fabric conducts heat — not because of a gel pack or a battery, and not because a vet designed it. Where we don't know something, we say so.
