How does it cool without electricity?
The mat is woven from breathable ice-silk mesh. The fabric conducts heat away from your pet's body on contact and releases it through the weave. There's no gel, no liquid and no power involved — the cooling comes from the material itself, so it works every time they lie down.
Does it need to go in the freezer or be filled with water?
No. Take it out of the box, unroll it, and it's ready. Nothing to chill, fill, charge or plug in.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Our products ship from our overseas fulfillment partner, so standard U.S. delivery usually takes 10–20 business days from dispatch. Shipping is free with no minimum, and you'll get a tracking link by email. We'd rather tell you now than surprise you later.
Is it safe if my pet chews it?
There's no gel or liquid inside, so there's nothing to leak. That said, it isn't a chew toy — if your pet is a heavy chewer, supervise them and take the mat away if the surface gets damaged.
Which size should I get?
40×30 cm suits cats and small dogs, 50×40 cm fits most medium breeds, and 62×50 cm is best for large dogs. If you're between sizes, go up — pets sprawl, and a mat they hang off the edge of gets ignored.
What if it doesn't work for my pet?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. If it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send a photo and we'll cover the return entirely.
