Where we ship
Currently, LoveForPets ships to addresses within the United States only.

Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our products ship directly from our overseas fulfillment partner, so standard delivery typically takes 10-20 business days from dispatch. During peak periods or public holidays this can extend further. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

We'd rather tell you this up front than surprise you after checkout. If you need something quickly, this may not be the right purchase.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on every U.S. order - no minimum required.

Delays
Customs processing and carrier backlogs can occasionally push delivery past the window above. If your order is running significantly behind, contact us at loveforpetssupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

Tracking
Tracking information can take a few days to begin updating after dispatch. This is normal and does not mean your order has not shipped.
